Avinash arrived in the U.S. in 2018 with a mechanical and electrical engineering foundation. The struggle of buying a first home in 2023 raised urgent questions: why are simple homes so expensive, and why aren't advanced methods making them more affordable? That moment became the trigger point. Two years of research followed — testing SIPs, ICF, CNC plywood, concrete printing, and more — layered with formal MBA training in project management and on-the-ground engineering at Milwaukee Tool. The result: clarity on how to deliver stronger, smarter, and cheaper structures.

Krina's arrival in 2018 set her on a parallel path. By 2021, she was shaping a career in real estate, helping first-time buyers navigate their first purchase, guiding investors on short-term rentals, and managing sales across Wisconsin metros. Her trigger point was recognizing how many families struggled in silence through a process she could simplify. With sharp instincts for numbers and a relentless focus on client outcomes, she has since impacted dozens of lives by connecting them with the right homes, lots, and investments.
